Archbishop Desmond Tutu speaks at Albertina Sisulu's Cape Town Memorial service at St George's cathedral. 09.06.2011. Ma Sisulu, as she was affectionately known was a leading figure in the fight against Apartheid. She was the wife of Rivonia trialist, Walter Sisulu. She died aged 92 on june 2 , 2011. Tutu said he knew her as a neighbour while they lived in Orlando West, Soweto."She inspired political leaders by serving the interests of our people. She also strove for a crime-free society in which there was no hunger," he said.
