Communique no. 99 reports from the Niassa province: Durante a segunda quinzena de maio, na região militar ocidental de Niassa, 60 soldados portugueses foram mortos e 6 carros militares foram destruídos em emboscadas e ataques organizados pelos guerrilheiros da FRELIMO.
