Then she makes little marks that transect that long lengthwise scratch. She is demonstrating umvambo, scarification, cicatrization at the time of intonjane. At dgt 168, she demonstrates marks on the stomach, using the wrist and scratches for the demonstration. Then, at dgt 170, she makes additional marks on her wrist, saying that these are placed on the breasts. There is a brief pause at dgt 220 while she drinks. At dgt 230, cine film, also at dgt 270, to show her narrating a commentary rather than an intsomi (still using gesture and body movement). Also cine toward the end of the commentary. Hands are active during this commentary, face fairly active; body movement more subtle, understated.
