\ ‘Superaction\’ is a good example of how sport, and specifically triathlon, can help young people at risk of social exclusion. The idea comes from Zouhair Zammouri, born in Catalonia and of Moroccan origin, who united in this project his two passions, that of social educator and that of amateur triathlete. The triathlon offers the ones some tools --how the surpassing, the challenge, the self-discipline or the work at equip-- that permit the ones work with the boys and re-enforce the lacks that have. An example is the Alex, who, after arriving on a skate from Ghana and having panic at sea, has learnt to swim. Or in Khalid, who in the centre of children where he lives have noticed a major change of attitude and, moreover, has managed to monitor work in the summer and has recovered the desire to study.
