The Chief Rabbi of Cape Town, Prof. Israel Abrahams (left) , with the Speaker of the House of Assembly, Mr. Klopper, reads passages from a copy of Prof. U. Cassuto's book "From Noah to Abraham", which the Chief Rabbi has translated for the Hebrew University from Hebrew into English. Professor Abrahams presented the copy to Mr. Klopper yesterday.
