Coffin kids: Sister Fran Europa, alias Captain Condom, works up plenty of enthusiasm among these Lotus River youngsters as they take to the streets with their "AIDS equals death" message. The march through Lotus River and Parkwood Estate to Ottery at the weekend was a joint venture by the Lotus River Day Hospital, the Parkwood Clinic, Lentegeur Hospital, School Nursing Services and the Western Cape Regional Services Council. Children kitted out as skeletons and others wearing placards handed out pamphlets and accepted donations from the community.
