This pamphlets tries to highlight a series of events that the Pan African Congress (PAC)has been involved with in relation to the freedom struggle of the oppressed in South Africa and the formation and functions of the Non-European Unity Movement (NEUM). There is some discussion on the Sherpeville incident on 21 March 1960; the rivalry between the British and the Boers and the First World War; and with the Second World War the Afrikaner stood up against British imperialism. With the PAC breaking away from the ANC, and then the launch of the Anti-Pass Campaign, the liberals seem to have taken control of the PAC and directed the course of events towards the freedom struggle with building an orginisation like the NEUM which will be an effective weapon towards the struggle for liberation.
