A group of boys and girls are outside with a missionary sister who is applying medicine to their feet and legs. The back of the postcard contains a handwritten note in French. There is also information about the Catholic mission agency: "Mission des Religieuses Annonciades d'Heverle a Kikombo Ste Theres Kwango (Congo Belge)- Missie der Zusters Annonciaten van Heverlee te Kikombo H. Theresia Kwango (Belgisch Congo)" The back of the postcard also includes the caption: "Les soins aux blesses. Het verzorgen der wonden." ("The care of wounded.")
