Black and white photograph showing nurse Emily Godfrey feeding a small baby with a bottle. Godfrey was the first Matron of the Ama Achara Hospital in Nigeria run by the Primitive Medical Missionary Society. The rescue of abandoned babies (particularly twin babies) was a common task in the hospital's early years. This photograph was pasted into one of a series of exercise book albums created by Emily Godfrey.
