Fishermen at fish-drying racks at Kasongole fishing camp

1976

Without electricity or refrigeration, drying in the sun or smoking was the best way to preserve fish. 6840-03 Nsemiwe, Nsumbu Nov '76 Kaputa, Kasongole - November 1976
