Black and white photograph printed onto a postcard showing two nurses, Sue and Rebecca, in 1932 at the hospital at Ama Achara run by the Primitive Methodist Missionary Society (later the Methodist Missionary Society.) The two nurses wear striped blouses, with white aprons and head-wraps, and white shoes. They stand in front of the hospital steps. This image comes from a photograph collection kept by Emily Godfrey, Matron of the Methodist Hospital at Ama Achara, southeast Nigeria, from 1921 to 1944.
