The group is mainly made up of European male and female missionaries, although five Nigerian pastors and workers are present. They are pictured in front of a corrugated iron building. This photograph was pasted into one of a series of exercise book albums created by Emily Godfrey, Matron of the Ama Achara Methodist Hospital in southeast Nigeria, run by the Methodist Missionary Society.
