The caption to this image reads: "Grace and Felicia motherless babes brought up from birth, at our hospital. Grace had lain 2 days with mother's dead body, before being brought here. Left for Lagos June 1936." This photograph was pasted into one of a series of exercise book albums created by Emily Godfrey, Matron of the Ama Achara Methodist Hospital.
