Water from Kalambo Falls tumbling down the gorge to the river below

1989

The Gorge is relatively narrow, and the Kalambo River at the top of the Falls is not much more than twenty or thirty yards wide. It is difficult, from the top of the falls, to get a good photo of the water running down into the Gorge. 6841-06 Lake Tanganyika - Nkamba Bay / Chishimba Falls April 1989
