A group of men, women and children are outside a thatched hut with four missionary sisters awaiting medical treatment. The majority of the older people are holding small children in their arms. The back of the postcard has a handwritten note in French and includes information about the mission agency: "Mission des Filles de la Charite a Bikoro- Missie van de Dochters der Liefde te Bikoro" and also includes the caption: "La consultation-De raadpleging." ("The consultation.") There is also information about the publisher: "Ern. Thill, Bruxelles."
