Two Catholic missionary sisters stand outdoors, next to a trio of women seated before sewing machines. Behind them, a thatch-roofed building and trees are visible. The back of the postcard is stamped and postmarked, and is closely covered with handwriting. Printed at the bottom of the correspondence section is "Mission des Filles de la Charite Nsona-Mbata Missie van de Dochters de Lief de te Nsona-Mbata." "La lecon de couture. Aan het naalmachien."
