The Kalambo River tumbles 772 feet over Kalambo Falls, splitting the Gorge and serving as a border between Zambia and Tanzania. The bottom of the Falls has been an important source of prehistoric artifacts. 6841-06 Lake Tanganyika - Nkamba Bay / Chishimba Falls April 1989
