Karl and Margarethe John, Sister Eva Bartzsch, and Heinz Rohde at the station of Addis Abeba. Eva Bartzsch (1907-1977) was a nurse and deaconess. She served the Hermannsburg mission in Ethiopia from 1934 to 1941 and from 1950 in South Africa. -- Karl John (1906-1980) was a deacon. He was married to Margarethe, née Lange. He served the Hermannsburg mission in Ethiopia from 1931 to 1937.
