Sunday is four and his sister is eight. The young girl sits on a wooden bench next to a tin bath in the hospital grounds. Sunday stands next to her, wearing a white shirt. Sunday's sister has a large plaster-cast around one ankle. The caption to this image reads: "Sunday - aged 4 who attended to his sister aged 8. She had double pneumonia & a septic ankle." This photograph was pasted into one of a series of exercise book albums created by Emily Godfrey, Matron of the Ama Achara Methodist Hospital.
