The crowd is positioned between rows of thatched huts. The front of the postcard also includes information about the Catholic mission agency: "Missioni Salasiane del Congo Belga- Serie. I." The back of the postcard has a handwritten note in French and contains: "Colla vostra carita abbiamo stabilite le Missioni sino agli ultimi confini della terra. Sac. Giovanni Bosco" and there is also information about the publisher: "Societa Editrice Internazionale- Torino
