Black and white lantern slide featuring a woman sitting on the ground outside her dwelling with two older female children, and another child who sits on her knee. The mother and older girls wear wrap dresses and necklaces. The small child wears a smock. This slide comes from a set on the activities of the King’s African Rifles battalions in Nyasaland. It was originally held by the Church of Scotland, and generated by J.W MacKay.
