Photograph showing a group of huts lived in by the Ngoni people. The huts are circular with large thatched roofs. Ngoni people can be seen sitting around the huts and there are possibly cooking implements to the left of the picture. The Ngoni people are an ethnic group living in Malawi, Mozambique, Tanzania and Zambia. Their origins can be traced to the Zulu people of kwaZulu-Natal in South Africa.
