1946

Recommending that the international organization attend to four matters concerning African natives: the rejection of the annexation of the Southwest Africa mandate; the unjust labor conditions suffered by colonials; the promotion of taxation or philanthropic measures to better educational and health services there available; and the formal recognition of Ethiopia's "just claim to her ancient territory of Eritrea."
