McCormack is in the process of putting together two raw land partnishers, one in the Canary Islands and one in the Seychelle Islands. McCormack suggests that Person invest $25,000 in each of the land partnerships. McCormack will give Person the option to sell to him in three years, which will personally guarantee that Person will double his money.
