A child from Fowlers orphanage in Cairo have its teeth checked, 1992. Money for the orphanage dentistry came from the international church that Danish Missionary Society was attached to. A commonly used upbringing method at that time was threatening the child with the dentist, if children misbehaved. It made the children afraid of dental visits and ofte the children's teeth werw very bad
