The house has a u-shaped pitched roof made of tin and a canopy on the front side. The house is surrounded by a wall. Three women and one man of European origin, one woman of African and one of either African or Asian origin stand on the left next to the building. Three of the women fold their hands. Behind the building a mountain. Imprinted on the image: "Goedverwacht. Süd-Afrika. West. No. 408." ("Goedverwacht. South Africa. West. No. 408."). Cf. photo no. 512, no. 521, no. 522, no. 523 and no. 524. -- Photos no. 512 and 521 show the residential building from the distance with the rest of the mission station. Photos no. 522 and no. 523 show the station with the new church and no. 524 gives a close-up view of the church building.
