Miss. Pätzigs Kinder mit einem Zweig mit 13 Apfelsinen ("Miss[ionary] Pätzig's children with a branch of 13 oranges"). Photograph of two children on the path of a garden with the branch in their hands. Max Pätzig (1885-1983), from Saxony, started to serve the Leipzig Mission in Arusha in 1928. He was accompanied by his wife Johanna and three children. He worked with the Waarusha and the Maasai in and around Arusha and Naberera. Until 1940 he was active in Africa.
