He married Olga Theodora 1876-1956, maiden name Gundersen, in Oslo, Norway on January 26, 1905. Edvin Kristian Herbert Fagereng 1898-1993, was a missionary in Madagascar from 1922-1937 and Madagascar Inland 1940-1960. He married Louise 1907-1962, maiden name Rollot, in France on September 6, 1928.
