Sisters, Moshi, Tanzania, ca. 1901-1910

"Ein Schwesternpaar aus Moschi (Kinder eines Heiden)" ("Sisters from Moshi (children of a heathen)"). Two girls, one older than the other. The older one is holding the younger girl on her arm. They are dressed in cloth and they are wearing necklaces. Johannes Schanz (1876-1963) was a priest. He worked for the Leipzig Mission in Moshi and Mamba from 1901-1910.
