"Hospitalet Sirabe" ("Hospital Sirabe"). The Andranomadio Hospital was inaugurated in 1901. The building was not finished when the picture was taken. The first hospital was burnt down in 1896 when the "Menalamba" attacked the town of Antsirabe.
