"Kyimbila 1935." ("Kyimbila in 1935."). Five children are playing with goats on a goat paddock. They are presumably Missionary Waldner's children. On the right a haystack which is roofed. An indigenous woman carries one of these children. Two indigenous boys carry a small goat. Cf. photo nos. 10372 and 10373. The photographer changed his perspective on the scenery by turning to the left. -- Ernst Waldner (1898-?) was a missionary of the Herrnhuter Brüdergemeine and served in East Africa. He married Julie Friederike Ebinger.
