The husband stands while his wife sits to his right and their four children sit in front. The back of the postcard is blank, with a printed address for the publisher: "Ste des Missions Evangeliques, 102, Bd Arago Paris." The Société des Missions was a Protestant organization known in English as the Paris Evangelical Missionary Society.
