Blue-cross comity of the section of Imerintsiafindra, in Antananarivo. The president and the secretay of the malagasy Blue-croos are on the photograph. Jonah Rajemisa was the general secretary of the malagasy blue-cross. The Blue-cross was founded in 1877 in Geneva by Lucien-Louis Rochat. It is engaged in the prevention, treatment and after care of problems related to alcohol and other drugs.
