BD Rev. Isak Landei between his Masai parents at the ordination day in Makumira, 1975. Isak Landei is born in a Masai tribe of Tanzania. As the oldest son he was sent to a mission boarding school – and was baptized in 1960. Later he studied Theology and has served as pastor since 1975. In 1978 Rev. Isak Landei became pastor for his own ethnic group, the Masai tribe. In 1981 he got a study scholarship for one year in England, and was on a short visit to Denmark, as well.
