A house built of sticks with a thatched roof stands next to a still pool of water. Palm trees and other foliage surround the house. The back of the postcard has no handwriting. Printed at the edge of the correspondence section is "Ste des Missions Evangeliques, 102 Bd. Arago, Paris" "Gabon- Case Indigene".
