"Elimer Schulen." ("Schools of Elim."). The picture shows a one-storied building with two entrance doors and a thatched roof. Two small windows in the roof. Behind the building in the background another long one-storied building. In front of the buildings walk or stand children of African origin. In front of the building in the foreground three trees. Written on the card board: "Schaberg." Cf. photo no. 1537. -- Photo no. 1537 shows the building from another perspective. According to this pictures the building is the "small school" of Elim. -- The picture was taken by Willibald Paul Schaberg (1900-?). He was a missionary in South Africa West from 1929 to 1939 and again from 1948 onwards. It is not known when he stopped working or died.
