Andafiatsimo, NMS's first printing press, Ambohijanahary, Antananarivo, Madagascar, ca.1903

"Vort hus paa Ambohijanahary" ("Our house in Ambohijanahary"). Thomas Joergensen (1874-1957), a missionary in Madagascar from 1897-1947, lived in this house with his family. He was the manager of the printing press. He was married to Aagot Kjeldseth (1870-1957), a missionary in Madagascar from 1896-1907. The printing press later was moved to Andohalo ca. 1903 and then to Antsahamanitra in 1953.
