"Mmme K. Fagereng. Eleves catechistes. Cote est. Stasjonshuset" ("Mrs. K.Fagereng. Catechist students. East side of the Mission Station"). The Mission Station had a corrugated iron roof. Martha Kristine Fagereng, maiden name Hoeihilder, was a missionary in Madagascar from 1893-1896 and 1903-1937. She married Edvard Fagereng 1862-1899, a missionary in Madagascar from 1893-1896, in Morondava, Madagascar on July 28, 1895.
