Martin Khikuku was a Kenyan politician who was the Assistant Minister in the Office of the Vice President and Home Affairs by President Jomo Kenyatta. He was imprisoned when he commented that the Kenya African National Union (KANU) government was dead. Amnesty International is non-government organization focused on human rights. The mission statement of Amnesty International is "a world in which every person enjoys all the human rights enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Rights." Currently not on view
