This fabric commemorates relations between former French President François Mitterand and former Senegalese President Abdou Diouf. The center features a portrait of the two leaders side by side. A floral pattern and two national flags surround the portrait. The background displays motifs of national pride such as of the Eiffel Tower, Senegal’s Presidential Palace, a rooster (national symbol of France) and a lion (national symbol of Senegal). The top and bottom border shows images of the Senegalese and French coat of arms, each displaying national mottos. Text (French): Liberte, Egalite, Fraternite; Un Peuple, Un But, Une Foi.
