The italian colony of Libya is reported to be fortifying the frontier with barbed wire and trench systems, Egypt is bringing her Army up to date. This move follows the signing of the Anglo-Egyptian Treaty and the consequent withdrawal of artists troops from certain parts of the country. The old fort of Kait Bay showing the new building alongside the old occupies a strategic position on the Mediterranean seaboard.
