The new as claimant to the fortune of the late Sir Basil Zaharoff, financier and armaments magnate, is Basil Chachaty, a Cairo tobacco blender. Says he was a second cousin of Zaharoff, whose name was originally Basil Chachaty, the surname being changed to Zaharian and later to Zaharoff._x000D_
