Cloth Independence Namibia, 1990

Cloth celebrating independence from Namibia in 1990, which previously belonged to South Africa, although according to the UN illegal (1968 declared as such). Since the foundation of SWAPO (South West African People's Organization) in 1960 Nujoma has been the undisputed leader of the party. Nujoma led the armed rebellion against the then South African government. He became president in 1990.
