3052 are the kilometres that toured the Mamadou Day from Gandiol, north of Senegal, to Murcia. It is also the title of his book:\ ‘3052, pursuing a Swede\’ where he relates his migratory experience and that of his friends who died at sea. After living the last nine years in Murcia and living with Western society with which he dreamt, Mamadou wonders if Europe can really be considered civilised. He recently moved to Catalonia, where he has finished shaping the association Hahatay-Somos laughs Gandiol which will soon take him back to Senegal.
