The Augustinian religious Angélique Namaika lives in the Democratic Republic of Congo and works with women who have suffered abuse and violence from armed groups, especially the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA). She has been awarded the UNHCR Nansen Prize for her work in favour of refugees and the Fraternity Prize for\ ‘Mundo Negro\’.
