The FDLR without concerns after the ultimatum of 2 January

After the expiry of the ultimatum given to the Rwanda Democratic liberation forces (FDLR), the eyes are on the southern African community of States (SADC) and the countries of the international conference on the great lakes region (CIRGL) which had set the date of 2 January 2015 as the deadline for the surrender of FDLR fighters.
