Announced the withdrawal of the rebels from Goma in RDCongo

The rebels of the M23 movement in the Democratic Republic of Congo are in the mood to withdraw from the occupied city of Goma. But there are internal conflicts in the militia and the Government does not give in to the demands of the rebels.
