Portuguese court refuses to request Rafael Marques

The Portuguese Court refused to request that the case concerning the Vice-President of Angola, General Higino Carneiro and the Portmil company, whose investigation had been filed by the Portuguese Public Prosecutor, be investigated. Tribunal português recusou o pedido de abertura de instrução do caso ligado ao vice-Presidente de Angola, ao general Higino Carneiro e à empresa Portmil, cujo inquérito fora arquivado pelo Ministério Público português.
