Video of the Day: Tyfanie Nzila-Balley from the Democratic Republic of Congo and Serife Kol, who was a Turkish citizen even though she was born here, decided to become German citizens. They passed the naturalization course and now have German passports. Critics say the requirements for obtaining German citizenship are too strict. Those requirements include tests in German and civics.
